View multiple resources on one screen to compare calendars and reschedule appointments quickly and efficiently, minimizing inconvenience to patients and staff.
Scheduler’s managed care interface automatically prompts for referrals when they’re required for a patient. The First Available search feature allows your staff to provide a patient with an appointment most accommodating to his or her schedule and searches by resource, location, category, day of the week, date or time.
Call schedules for physicians, nurses, physician assistants and therapists are booked by user-defined periods of time on call. Surgeries are scheduled at the proper location for a defined period of time, while additional resources, such as assistants and special equipment, can be added to the system and arranged at will. |
